Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We believe in our product and want you to have full confidence in shopping at LOVEWORN. We understand that sometimes you need to try things on and decide if it feels right for you. If you're not happy with your recent purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of the delivery date for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration or without tags. Please allow up to 1 week for us to process your return and issue our gift card via email.
IMPORTANT: Vintage items are NON-RETURNABLE. Customized or altered Items are NON-RETURNABLE. Worn or damaged items are NON-RETURNABLE. Jewelry is NON-RETURNABLE. Cosmetics and personal items are NON-RETURNABLE. At our discretion, we may be able to make exceptions, so please contact us.

2. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. We also recommend insuring your package, as we cannot refund or credit you for items lost or damaged during shipping.
